    Trainer: Ana Rodrigues
    She´s a psychologist, HR Consultant and Certified Trainer in Organisational Behaviour since 2008. In 2019, she completed a PhD in Business Sciences at the School of Economics and Management (EEG) at University of Minho, where she     researched Emotional Intelligence and Values in the Portuguese business context. She holds a Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management (2013) and in Work, Organisational and Human Resource Psychology (2008) from the same university. Since 2013, she has been collaborating as a Guest Lecturer at the Department of Management of the School of Economics and Management, and since 2022 she has also been a Guest Lecturer at the School of Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave.
