The project “Adaptar Covid-19”, funded by Portugal 2020, have had as its main goal to adapt Edit Value^® offices’ to the new conditions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic. The necessary investments have allowed to adjust the working methods and the relationships with partners and suppliers, in order to ensure the compliance of the rules and recommendations provided by competent authorities.

In addition to the investment under “Adaptar Covid-19”, in the beginning of March of 2020 Edit Value® developed and implemented a Contingency Plan that is periodically revised. Furthermore, adding to all human resources policies already in course (namely, flexible working conditions and work-family balance), this project have surpassed its scope as it embraced two types of innovation: organizational innovation and process innovation.
