    Trainer: Ana Rodrigues
    Psychologist, HRM Consultant and Trainer in Organisational Behaviour since 2008. In 2019, she completed her PhD in Business Sciences at the School of Economics and Management (EEG) at UMinho, where she explored the topic of Emotional Intelligence and Values in the Portuguese business sector. She holds Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management (2013) and in Work, Organisational and Human Resource Psychology (2008) from the same university. Since 2013, she has been a visiting lecturer in the Department of Management at the EEG, and since 2022 she has also been a visiting lecturer at the IPCA School of Management.
