Time Manager 1.0
Time Manager 1.0 is a time recording platform used by all Edit Value® employees. This online platform allows not only the recording of the time spent in each project or client company, but also, the identification and monitoring by the management of the budgetary deviations associated with each client project or company. This information allows the definition of corrective measures, either at the level of the definition of the price to be practiced to the client or in the identification of internal inefficiencies by the employees. Edit Value® always keeps in mind that “it is only possible to manage what can be measured” and it is in this context that this internal management support tools emerge.
