The implementation of Project Manager 1.0 has allowed significant improvement of internal organization and productivity for Edit Value®. The control of the tasks and the work began to be managed in an online platform that provides, in real time, the status of the work in progress.

Project Manager 1.0 allowed to eliminate the use of excel checklists that until then were used to control and monitor the work done and to be done and. These documents couldn’t be updated simultaneously by different users, which generated inefficiencies and caused the error. Through Process Manager 1.0, each employee is able to visualize, at any moment, the degree of execution of the works and tasks foreseen for a certain company, being able to inform the client of that same situation even if the work was developed by another colleague.
